It's definitely a texture thing, so I see where you are coming from. I enjoy the pistachio and hazelnut the most, they're really yummy! It's not a "traditional" creamy chocolate, but I enjoy variety and something more natural. The individuals who make the chocolate, which is a staple of Modica's tradition and past, are quite remarkable. Even if you don't like the chocolate, it may be worth looking into the business and the community.
